Our clinic was established to meet the growing need for family medicine and primary care in the downtown Toronto area — providing care that’s both comprehensive and community-focused.

Dr. Francis Okoroh, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Francis Okoroh is a UK-trained Family Doctor who graduated from the University of Leicester Medical School in 2015. He has extensive experience across diverse healthcare settings, including urgent care, family medicine, care homes, and hospitals.
In 2022, Dr. Okoroh was part of the medical team for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, United Kingdom, where he provided care to professional athletes from around the world.
Known for his approachable manner, dependability, and patient-centered care, Dr. Okoroh is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive healthcare experience for every individual he sees. He is currently accepting new patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Okoroh enjoys going to the gym, running, travelling, and exploring new culinary experiences as a passionate foodie.
Dr. Adetola Shobowale, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Adetola Shobowale is a passionate UK-trained Family Doctor who has now relocated to Toronto.

He earned his MBBS from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2012, and moved to the UK in 2017. Since then, he has gained valuable experience working across both private and public healthcare sectors, including Nuffield Health and the NHS.
He completed his GP training in Greater Manchester and became a fully qualified General Practitioner in 2022. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

Dr. Shobowale is known for his respectful, cheerful, holistic, and patient-centred approach to care. He is deeply committed to advocating for his patients and delivering the best possible health outcomes through strong communication and teamwork.

Dr. Shobowale is currently accepting new patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Shobowale adventurous home cook and a travel enthusiast. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or planning his next travel adventure—because sometimes the best ideas happen when you’re somewhere new.
