Dr. Francis Okoroh, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Francis Okoroh is a UK-trained Family Physician who graduated from the University of Leicester Medical School in 2015. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). He has extensive experience across diverse healthcare settings, including urgent care, family medicine, care homes, and hospital-based medicine.
During his postgraduate training, Dr. Okoroh completed clinical rotations in Psychiatry, Urology, Diabetes and Endocrinology, further strengthening his ability to manage complex and multidisciplinary patient needs.

In 2022, Dr. Okoroh was part of the medical team for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, United Kingdom, where he provided care to professional athletes from around the world.
​
Known for his approachable manner, dependability, and patient-centered care, Dr. Okoroh is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive healthcare experience for every individual he sees. He is currently accepting new patients and walk-ins in Downtown Toronto.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Okoroh enjoys going to the gym, Hyrox, running, travelling, and exploring new culinary experiences as a passionate foodie.
Dr. Adetola Shobowale, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Adetola Shobowale is a UK-trained Family Physician providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in Downtown Toronto. He is known for his respectful, cheerful, and holistic approach, advocating for patients and focusing on their health needs and goals.

Dr. Shobowale earned his MBBS from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2012. He later relocated to the UK, trained and worked in the NHS and private healthcare sector, completing his GP training in Greater Manchester. During his Postgraduate training he gained experience in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Geriatric/Acute Medicine, Dermatology, Mental health.

He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and licensed by the CPSO, practicing the full scope of family medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, musculoskeletal and dermatology care, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and walk-in visits. He has a special interest in LGBTQIA+ care, sexual and reproductive health, and mental health, providing inclusive and supportive care for all patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Shobowale adventurous home cook and a travel enthusiast. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or planning his next travel adventure—because sometimes the best ideas happen when you’re somewhere new.


Dr. Janet Okoroh, MD
Family Physician
Dr Janet Okoroh is a UK-trained Family Doctor who is dedicated to providing personalised, holistic care for individuals and families.
She completed a degree in Medical Biochemistry at the University of Leicester and was awarded a First Class Honours. Following this she earned her medical degree from the University of Birmingham, and then she completed her training in the UK as a Family Physician . She has received both certification as a Family Physician in Canada and the UK.
Dr Okoroh has clinical experience in women’s health, paediatrics, mental health, elderly care, emergency medicine, stroke care, and obstetrics and gynaecology. She contributed to the COVID-19 pandemic response work, has examined international medical candidates, and previously served as a Suicide Prevention Facilitator providing mental health training.
Her key clinical interests include women’s health, children’s health and mental health.
Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, dining, and spending time with family and friends.​
Dr. Ann Akeredolu, MD
Family Physician - Starting in May!
Dr. Ann Akeredolu is a UK‑trained Family Physician with a First Class Honours degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Leicester. She went on to study Medicine at Queen’s University Belfast, where she also served as President of the Médecins Sans Frontières student society an experience that strengthened her commitment to compassionate, globally minded healthcare.
She completed her Family Medicine training in London, working across a wide range of clinical settings. Through this, she gained extensive experience caring for patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, enriching her practice with a deep appreciation for individuality, dignity, and cultural sensitivity. Dr. Akeredolu has also received her certification as a Family Physician in Canada.
Clinically, Dr. Akeredolu has broad experience spanning palliative medicine, elderly care, obstetrics and gynaecology, mental health, paediatrics, women’s health, and acute medicine. She is passionate about delivering holistic, patient‑centred care and empowering individuals and families through clear communication, empathy, and shared decision‑making.
In addition to her clinical work, she has taught both medical students and trainee doctors, supporting the next generation of clinicians with a focus on curiosity, safety, and kindness in practice.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys Pilates and travelling, pursuits that help her stay grounded, active, and inspired by the world around her.


Dr. Arielle Leader
BASc (Nutrition), RMT, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Arielle Leader is a licensed, prescribing Naturopathic Doctor offering virtual care across Ontario and in-person appointments in downtown Toronto. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She has over a decade of experience in regulated healthcare as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
​
Her clinical focus includes metabolic health, nutritional deficiencies, gut and skin health, facial acupuncture, hair loss, pain management, and lymphatic and fascial health. She has a special interest in the microbiome and its role in influencing overall health and wellness.

Dr. Leader’s approach integrates acupuncture, nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle counselling to create personalized treatment plans. She is passionate about helping patients understand their health, build resilience, and optimize their health span.
